Qualification

-Female

-Business Administration graduate or equivalent experience gained while working in a similar role

Experience

-Experience in providing PA service

-Complex diary and correspondence management 

-Office management experience

-Dealing tactfully with sensitive issues

-Experience operating confidently at a senior level within a highly

-Confidential environment, exercising tact, diplomacy, and complete discretion

Skills and abilities

- Accurate time management and prioritization.

- Able to take responsibility within defined parameters

- Analytical and practical

- Able to work autonomously and without supervision

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Tactful and diplomatic

- Able to solve/pre-empt problems

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent planning and organizational skills, including the ability to make judgments about competing priorities and identify resources accordingly

- Strong influencing and negotiating skills

- Ability to use appropriate IT applications effectively (including

Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
